SEAC Group Membership Form

Think of how much better a place this world would be if young people ran the show. In SEAC, that reality is played out on campuses and in communities on a daily basis through everything from teach-ins to petition drives to regional conferences and benefit concerts. No matter how small the work of your local group may seem, the impact of your grassroots activism knows no boundaries within the SEAC network.

Groups that choose to affiliate with SEAC will sign on to our Anti-Oppression and Non-violence policies as well as receive resources on our national campaigns, including the Campus Climate Challenge. We welcome any group that is fighting the power structures that threaten our environment.

Your group's membership allows SEAC to hire organizers and maintain the national office, to develop new materials, to provide resources and organizing assistance to the grassroots, and to increase each activist's ability to use our collective energy more effectively in the struggle for environmental justice and an end to oppression.

If your group has a permanent contact like a faculty advisor or community activist who works with the group, please encourage them to fill out the Individual Member form so we can be sure not to lose touch with your group after you move or graduate.

In order to enhance our power as a youth and student led coalition, SEAC must continue to work as an organized cooperative. Having your group contribute annual SEAC membership dues is one sure way to put your stake in SEAC. Through membership in SEAC, your group can help build our network in a way that will both amplify your efforts in the short term and help to sustain those efforts in the long term by ensuring that future youth and student activists can benefit from what your group does right now.

$85-$124 Groups with Regular Funding
$125+ Groups with Significant Funding
