Housing

All housing will be provided in Boston and cost is included in the $0-$50 sliding scale registration fee. If you have any special housing needs email ncc@seac.org and we will do our best to accomodate you.

Travel

If you don't have a ride don't fret! We can help you find one and we also have limited travel scholarships available. See our travel page for more info on carpooling, travel scholarships, and directions.

Meals

We will be providing breakfast, lunch, and dinner for the whole convergence. We will provide meal options for vegetarians, vegans, and omnivores, so be sure to mark off your diet preference when you register. If you have any allergies or special dietary needs email ncc@seac.org.

Cost

It does cost money to put these events on so if you are able to pay we are asking for a registration fee of $50 before January 1st and $75 at the door. The cost covers housing and three meals a day for the whole four days. If you really can't pay, no problem at all, simply email ncc@seac.org and request a fee waiver. No one will be turned away for lack of funds. Those who can pay more to cover those in need are strongly encouraged to do so. After you register you will receive instructions for how to pay.

When to Arrive

Activities begin at 9am on Thursday, January 6th, so be sure to arrive some time on Wednesday, January 5th. If you can't arrive on January 5th or earlier, contact us and we'll work something out.
